The Alliance Française de Seattle is excited to host its traditional European Holiday Market again in 2024! We are thrilled to bring all European communities together to share festive food, merchandise, stories, and music. This year we are excited to collaborate with the French-American School of Puget Sound to bring you 4 choir performances at the market, as well as the Ladies Musical Club of Seattle for a holiday-themed musical performance.
Thank you to the French Immersion School of Washington, the French-American School of Puget Sound, Chiro One Wellness Centers, the Ethnic Heritage Council, and Petit Pierre Bakery and Chiro One for sponsoring our 2024 market, and to Seattle-Nantes Sister City Association for partnering with us this year!
Holiday Markets are a unique tradition throughout Europe with their wonderful fragrances of mulled wine, freshly roasted nuts and baked goods. You can read more about it here.

At the French American School of Puget Sound (FASPS), the weekly choir program, led by music teacher Hélène Ferret-Kaufman, invites Kindergarten through 8th-grade students to explore singing in French and English. This enriching experience fosters a love for music, enhances language skills, and celebrates cultural diversity. Through collaborative rehearsals and performances, students build confidence, creativity, and teamwork while connecting through the universal language of music.
Ladies Musical Club (LMC) is a 501c(3) organization whose mission is to foster classical music among its members and in Washington communities through education, performance and awards. This is accomplished by offering music and education programs to people of all ages and diverse backgrounds throughout the region, including around fifty free classical music concerts each year. LMC members are musicians, composers, music lovers, music historians, and arts advocates. For more information about our programs, visit LMCSeattle.org.
